The products were fine the second time around but the shipping was atrocious
They printed them the first time and they had a ton of defects even with the plastic removed. They initially just wanted store credit which would not do because I couldn't sell them. It was my first time opening a shop and ordering, so I can't really offer defective pins on my first opening. Then, they said they would ship better quality ones. Fantastic. Problem came with their shipping. The UPS lady dingdong ditched. She left it at their receiving centre. Here are the problems: that place is notoriously hard to get to if you don't have a car, then because of the pandemic public transportation comes very infrequently (think every hour or even less frequently), then the whole point of me choosing StickerMule over other companies is it's fast and FREE shipping. I had to pay extra to get to that location and the location was closed during weekends and there were 2 holidays sandwiched in between the weekend. It was so difficult for me to get there and the location only allows the person with the name and ID to get it. I couldn't even send someone with a letter to get it for me cause I was working. I've talked to their customer service and they said here are alternatives offered by UPS. I opened their link, there's nothing. No alternative options, nothing. Like cool, all that hassle cause their UPS delivery lady decided to ring the doorbell, and as I'm about to open it after checking the camera, the lady ran away without leaving the package. I don't think I'm going to purchase from StickerMule again. Too many defects, but they were happy to replace them. The kicker for me is all the shipping hassle and they provided me with a link to "alternate ways to get it to me" than had no other ways of getting it to me.
