Replacement order

Kenneth Thompson

I'm grateful for the support "stickerrmule" gave me in making good on a defective transfer label, however I have not yet applied the replacement transfer. I think as I inspected the replacement that "rolling them up" and shipping them is NOT a good idea, as I unrolled carefully the replacement I could see where the transfer had already broke away from the adhering sheet and bubbled in places. I think it's a poor way to ship such labels. It depends on the size of the transfer letters as to how they should be shipped. I would think twice before ever ordering again any transfer bigger than 3/4" in height, as the larger the transfer, the more damage to the transfer. Large letter transfers should NOT be "ROLLED" and stuffed into a tiny 4"x4" shipping box. They should be left UNROLLED and shipped in a padded envelope to the final destination. The current replacement transfer they shipped is now in a large book awaiting a straightening out before I ever attempt to use it. Then I will be doubtful that it will transfer without any damage to the lettering. I want to answer the below question both yes and no, but they do not offer such an answer. Yes as long as the transfer lettering is 1" or smaller, NO it it's more than an inch in height and rolled up and shipped in a small 4"x4" box. NO not with the current shipping practices.
