It was a straightforward process for ordering. Three minutes after punting my order, I received an email where I had to confirm my design. After which, I requested the color adjustment. In one more minute, the adjustment was made, and the order was confirmed. I got the product in about a week and am super happy! The pins faces were covered with an easily removable plastic to protect them from scratching during shipping.
