Great customer service

My original order had quite a few errors; my design was printed too light, the design was scratched off of almost half my pins, and the pin backs were off-center or falling off. After reaching out to their customer service and explaining what happened, they were super quick to correct the issues and provide extra quality control. My new batch of pins arrived with the color levels and design printed PERFECTLY! There are still a few small scratches on some of the pins, but I think that is due to the material that the image is printed on. I got my pins with one of their discounts, so I'm satisfied with the quality for the price, and for my first set of pins that I've purchased for myself. A few suggestions for Stickermule; a protective coating over the white backing of the design would help to keep it from scratching off (which it does extremely easily), and the pin backs would be better off without the adhesive pads. The adhesive pads peel off easily and start lifting even when the rubber backing is taken off, it would be better if the metal of the pin was glued directly to the back of the pin without the adhesive pad. The stickiness is too weak and does not hold permanently.
