Not the Best Quality

This was my first time ordering keychains and I wanted to see how they would look. The colors and the graphic I sent came out good. But the keychains were very scratched up. idk if that's normal but I didn't like it. I could see and feel the rough edges and every scratch on the front. I was planning to sell these but I wouldn't want to sell scratched up keychains.
