Not satisfied.

I placed an order after reviewing the website. The website wasn’t clear on the process to size and purchase. About an hour later I realized that the size wasn’t correct. I contacted the the company immediately to have them change my order to the correct size and was told that they can’t change it because the order goes directly to the printing department and changes to the order was not possible. The only solution offered was, that I can make another purchase and they would would give me a $10.00 credit on my next purchase. When I attempted to redo the order, the computer site would not let me. I had to accept product that iwas useless to me.
