I love them when they are perfect and when they aren't they aren't. Come on guys seriously I have been ordering the acrylic pins for YEARS and after several years you STILL dont have a QC department? I ordered 10 charms and 5 are bad. Either the drill holes are blown out chipped or there are deep scratches on the surfaces of the charm itself from slips during cutting, these guys know when they make mistakes and should own up and just re run them BEFORE it gets to the customer. Would I order these again? At a 50% mess up rate definitely not. I will wait until I see you guys implement a QC department which is what I have been asking for for years, It would save you money in the long run from having to re run jobs and losing customer orders.
