The final artwork I submitted has text on it over twice the minimum size, yet when I received my magnets, both the fonts and images were blurry and darkened. It looked obviously different than the artwork I submitted, yet customer service denied my request for an exchange or refund because they said it was my fault because it was my artwork, despite the fact that I followed the font and artwork re...
