Reviews for custom buttons

what I asked for was not what I got, they came out so bad I can do nothing with them. They are trash. I've always had great experiences with stickermule products but this one was terrible. I asked for no acrylic but to make the design bigger, there's so much extra acrylic and the "pin" is a sticker with acrylic all around it....expected much better quality honestly, very disappointed.

While I am always happy with the matte die cut stickers I order I was sorely disappointed that these acrylic pins had such a high defect rate. I purchased the 10 pin sample to see how I would like the product and 3 of 10 had deep scratches or chips into the sides/surface. These Pins were a second attempt and turned out amazing! The guys at 'mule worked with me on cost and did an amazing job. We love ordering products from you guys!

These acrylic pins turned out amazing! Being able to review the proof and request adjustments was especially helpful for this order because I was having trouble visualizing the final product myself. I ended up resizing, and they were prompt with making the adjustment and sending an updated proof. Delivery was prompt as well.
