First of all customer service with Sticker Mule is top notch, and free replacements were sent. They're response time was almost immediate. Quick and easy ordering process. The protective film is extremely difficult to remove and one pin fell off its backing with 2 days of being on a lanyard.

I love my LOVE pins. Once ordered they arrive quick enough. and i do appreciate that.

I was not overly impressed with the quality of my order. I have ordered other items and was always satisfied, but these items are not near the quality I expected. One of the pins has the back print ripped and does not look professional. I cant believe this was aloud to leave the factory. I will not order these items again.

The pin backing would break off most of the time

I ordered 100 pins with my event logo on them. I didn't have enough in my budget for traditional enamel pins but these were perfect. Will definitely order again!
