I had a minor issue with scratches on a few of the pins, but the support team was quick to reply and resolve it. They are not metal pins so just be aware of that when ordering to avoid any surprises. Could use a better backing but otherwise look good.

Almost every backing on these pins have unglued and fallen apart when packing them to ship. had to re-glue using a hot gun. Overall look and feel is very nice, just not the quality of the pin itself.

Totally useless and a waster of money. Pins do not stick to the acrylic and they are unusable.

I love this pins. really easy order process & fast shipping. I gave 4 stars because there are lots of visible cracks on the edges of the pins. But they are perfect for free promotional gift.

I received them very fast, which is great. The quality for the price is also amazing. But half of them have deep scratches on the sides. I don't know what happened. Maybe they were handled in too much of a hurry?
