I had originally ordered these and wasn’t 100% satisfied but after taking to customer service they were quick to find a solution and fix the issue. An amazing product and my customers are going to love our custom pins

I was excited to get my pins today, but was devastated when i saw that not only was one broken (the pin broke off and removed part of my drawing with it), but the rest had scratches or chips! I got a card in my package (along with a coaster or sticker)that says to be sure to remove the protective screens, but mine did not come with them! Too small!!

I like the pins, yet I expected the size bigger!! They are too small!!

Fast turn-around, quality packaging, quality product, prompt communication.

The backs mostly broke off before use. Could not use this entire order!

Good quality but some of them, they weren’t made in good quality.

One of the pin backs ripped off of one of the pins and I’m not able to repair it as it ripped off the design. The other pins were okay but some of the pin backs are not centered on the back so when you pin it on a display it sits a little wonky.

the attachment behind the pin is a little fragile but it does the job
