I ordered 20 keychains and 8 of them are very damaged.

There as a mix up with my order and another. It happens, but what was amazing is how quickly it was resolved!

I had a lot of people ecstatic to have a keychain including myself which was great at first, but the acrylic doesn't last long and breaks easy. Super cute, just not durable.

People love the charms but they break easily...

Framing this now as we speak !
