I've ordered these envelopes before, the quality was never this bad. Several of the envelopes are missing the self-stick tape to close the envelope. Other envelopes split open halfway down one of the sides. What happened?

Love it so Much, The quality is beyond what I expected. The colour and everything else is extremely attractive. Will buy again because I need bigger sizes. But so happy with the samples.
