As a first time customer. I did not know what to expect with these keychains chains. It came out pretty good and I didn't spend that much. I like the blue protective film to protect it. My only concern is how durable the backside of the keychain where the character/logo is printed on with the daily jingle and jangle of keys rubbing on it.
