Reviews for custom pins

I love the design but for some reason was surprised they are plastic and not metal pins as per the usual style.

The first shipment of my custom pins featured holes in the printing, pins that come loose due to low-tack double-sided tape, and pins that had snapped from their bases. I contacted customer service which promptly offered to make it right by reprinting. Unfortunately I got the new shipment and if anything it's worse. Love how our pins turned out--the printing is great and they're really nice quality. Also fast turnaround and delivery. We love Sticker Mule!

I like Sticker Mule, and I feel like they're a good company. However, I was disappointed in the quality of the pins I just received. I ordered pins to pass out to people, and when I gave some out, the stick separated from the backing. Happy with the results of this design. The lettering shows up nicely.

I am not happy with how this design turned out. The lettering is much more visible in the sample on the computer. The background peach color is much darker on screen than it turned out in person making the lettering hard to see. I won't be ordering more of this design unless it can be corrected.

I wanted to get pins made for my small business and saw this as an easy option. I only ordered 20 to start (want to make sure they sell before I ordered a big amount) and 4 of them came with large chips in the photo. Kind of bummed, but the others are perfectly fine. Would probably look elsewhere if I order pins again.

We were expecting nicer quality similar to the stickers. Some of them were banged up and scratched. They were fine for how little you pay and how quickly they come but we will look for better quality pins next time around.

They were perfectly designed, and great for the pricing. They came with a thin plastic protector over the tops so they wouldn't get damaged, but took some time to take them off individually. Tweezers helped tremendously! I luckily only ordered samples this time around, but I'm slightly concerned about ordering bigger batches as taking the film off 100 pieces would be very time consuming.
