Image had white spots on it and print quality was bad but the proof had looked fine. Threw them all away. First time Ive had an issue though to be fair

I am waiting almost one month I still don't get my products. The retailer said the estimate arrival date is 26th of February, but i don't get my order. In addition, i don't even know which postal company is caring my orders. I don't even wanna give one star for this purchase experience, because I really expect my pins are coming soon.........

ordered the pins and they look perfect, i ordered 2 designs and accidentaly sent the same document for both orders and the help service was very fast and nice to change the design before they were made (i realized my mistake as soon as i made the order). i am very content
