The print quality is very poor especially on the darker parts of the face unfortunately :( Would it be possible to get a refund/compensation?

Customer asked me how waterproof they were, so we poured a water bottlecap filled with water on them. The water will pool/sit ontop with a little bit of soaking, but mostly will pearl off of it. The colours stay the same, though, no smudging or stains! The material did bent a (tiny) little bit, but chances are you aren't super inclined to pour that amount of liquid on it anyway. La stampa pur essendo digitale ha un aspetto serigrafico perché è un inchiostro a stampa diretta e non un vinile o una pellicola termoadesiva. Questo appare come una serigrafia con inchiostro spesso e coprente.

3rd time Ive had a tshirt printed. Each time the sizes are not as expected. 1st time was Medium, was huge. 2nd time ordered xl for a staff, was same saze as previous Medium 3rd time ordered Lge, was smallest so far. Probably as Id expect a Medium to be. Have given to staff that fit each time.
