i recommend submitting a raster file (pixel based) instead of a vector file (adobe illustrator). i submitted an eps file and it glitched out, drawing some lines across my artwork. and there was a lot of back and forth with the proof of what constituted the "margin" area. they kept resizing my artwork so i had to force the issue by cutting my artwork in half and tiling it in the file.
