First time ordering with Sticker Mule, and it was perfection, starting with the rapid proofing process, recommendations, and production. The customer service and shipping are exceptional. I will be working with them for sure.

I sent a Screen Shot to the “customer support” email showing that I said their measurements were wrong, and they STILL sent the wrong measurements. Literally terrible. I ordered a 3x2 and received a 4x6. And then was told no you received a 6x4… and that’s not our issue. The “Customer Support” is the worst I’ve ever seen. I had a deadline I needed these done by… and now I have to tell everyone who ordered from ME that I can’t send out their products due to a label issue. Embarrassing. Never ordering from here again.

These labels are so much better than my local printing shop. There are awesome deals when you order a large quantity. I am extremely satisfied with the turnaround time and promptness of customer service when I have questions. I will be using Stickermule for all my biz needs!!
