My only problem is that they came with wrinkles and bubbles in them and didnt want to lay flat at first

I followed the directions exactly, even watching the video on the web site, but I did have some trouble getting my transfer to adhere to my kayak. I was veeeeeery careful and deliberate but almost tore the transfer twice. However, it looks great now that it's on the kayak!

My letter sizing was off from the specs on the order. I've email 3 times to get it corrected and no one has emailed me back. Though I love the product, the customer service isn't so good.

I ordered this sticker and realized I ordered it too late and it would not arrive on time, the customer service rep helped me out and made sure I could receive it on time. Not only did it arrive on time, but the quality was fantastic and easy to apply.
