Cheap and fast, but the quality is bad. I sent in my artwork and received a proof within a half hour. Lightning fast! I asked for revisions: for a hole to be drilled on the bottom, for the print to be double-sided, and for the back (white ink) to be laminated with clear vinyl (because I saw other reviews about the white backs chipping). they are of good quality and got them really fast. 10/10

No defective charms this time this is my third order with them, the only con about it is that I wanted a specific measurement to match the size as the first charm they made me but they couldn’t do that, because my image would look weird is what they said, I tried remaking my artwork but the measurements still didn’t work overall the charms came out great

Bought the charms on a whim, just to see what they would look like. They look a lot better than I thought they would. Will be buying more.

I uploaded our team logo for the charm, and I was able to make keychains, bag tags, and necklaces for the moms....great hit!

Ordering experience was exceptional. Quality of charms is high. Unfortunately, two of ten charms had noticeable cosmetic blemishes.

Maybe it’s my design with the finer lines but about 20% of the product is defective and I have some doubts that the delivered product is marketable.... might be better luck with a full color design or using some broader/thicker lines or even having a backing. Didn’t work for me.
