I was expecting more of a regular tape but this one is thicker and stronger-- which I think is best for packaging.

I had designed my own custom tape. As a newbie to all of this, the quality of my artwork was not up to par. The representative made me aware of the issue. Because I'm not computer savvy, i told her I was unable to make it higher quality, and thanked her for her time. Another representative emailed me and said she reworked my images for me!!!
