They are just what I ordered… and such prompt delivery. Delighted!!

I received custom keychains for a school event and realized our design was a bit washed out and you couldn’t read the text. I send a message to customer service and they got back to me within a few hours on a Saturday evening (!), helped me redesign the keychain, and shipped the revised keychain so quickly! Thank you!

The detail of the requested image has come out beautifully, but it is too dark, the only way to see the colours and details is to shine a light directly on it / take a photo with a flash, at just the right angle to not obscure the image with the flash reflection.
