How does store credit work?

Store credit applies automatically during checkout if your order total is $30 or more before tax. You should also know that:

• You must be logged into your account in order to use your credit.

• Store credit can only be used on orders greater than $30 before tax.

• Store credit will automatically be applied during checkout.

• Store credit will not apply to shipping costs.

• Store credit expires 90 days after it's been issued.

• We will send 2 email reminders prior to expiring your credit.

Also, since we don't charge you until proof approval, it's possible for a store credit to be valid at the time an order is placed but expire prior to proof approval.
