Poor service, Poor quality

The first step in creating an order is choosing a sticker size, but this actually doesn’t matter. The site asks other questions and then overrides your sticker size without your knowledge. Yes, it’s buried in fine print, but the result is you got a sticker that is nowhere near the size you wanted. I tried to get a refund or a reprint, but customer service argued with me and blamed it on me. They sent screenshots that confirmed that I would get the right sticker size! But since the final size was in the FinePrint somewhere, they were unwilling to refund or make it right in anyway. I tried to use the vinyl transfer stickers, but they don’t stick to most surfaces. They adhere to the backing very strongly and won’t stick to metal, glass, or plastic. I wanted them for car decals, but even trying to apply each letter by hand didn’t work.
