Disappointed

It saddens me to say that we have twice been disappointed by the quality of the products ordered- both magnets and keychains. We ordered at promo pricing to test the water- which lands below the retail asking price. Even at the promotional cost the product quality has not matched the unit price. I could not conceive of paying full price for these items. Our orders were to be giveaways for our junior tennis players. We would feel uncomfortable giving these away as a representation of our brand. Employed in NYC for over 15 years I remember Sticker Mule’s beginnings and looked to “shop local”, but unfortunately we can use Alibaba and find sturdier items at a mere fraction of the promotional rate here. Really wanted this to work out...
