KEYCHAIN ORDER

I really like Sticker Mule. I've ordered tons of stickers in the past and am very happy with those products. But the keychains I was just sent did not even come close to my expectations. I'm not angry - just sad. It was the special offer of 10 keychains for $9. I got them for my girlfriend as a gift. A simple logo I designed in an oval shape. But every single one of them is nicked and drafted up. The clear acrylic is rough and sharp on ALL of them and the graphic that was printed in black and white was PRE-scratched off on a few. I couldn't believe it. These are suppose to get roughed up after 5 years on an actual keychain. So I clipped one on my keys to test how "it rides" and a day later I reached into my coat pocket to pull out my keys and the keychain just fell out of my hand. The last integral part of the product - the connection to the keyring - CAME UNDONE. I'm not a complainer, but 1 star is too high. This product failed on each and every level. Sorry Sticker Mule.
