I’m so bummed with this Sticker Mule order. I caught an error within minutes of approving and emailed acknowledging I had already approved and asking to pay for a second round corrected, ASAP. No follow up despite a message here, a text AND an email from me, immediately. I mistakenly assumed it was handled since StickerMule has always been AMAZING in the past. Nope - they sent me the bad copy, argued with me and blamed me for the mistake (I already acknowledged that and offered to pay for replacements), then blamed their lack of response on a busy week due to new product. They did give me credits… but declined to send out replacements (that I’d have to buy at twice as much now bc promo over) quickly, it’d be another 7-10 days I couldn’t afford to wait on at that point (which is why I tried reordering immediately). A huge no-go for me. I have product I can’t use (wasteful), am behind on my project and feels like a company I have LOVED doesn’t care about customers any more (honestly awesome customer service is half or more of why I loved them prior). I’ll say I’ve had tons of orders before I LOVED, and haven’t reviewed those - and should. But it really bums me out that Stickermule is leaving behind their legendary customer care to grow. (Please keep in mind I offered to buy replacements, moments later, I’m not asking for anything special - just what I ordered, on time.)
