More information needed in description

I love Sticker Mule and have ordered many things and will order again... but the kiss cut stickers that we ordered were a bit disappointing. It's part my fault, but if in the description of the product there could be a reminder that the inner portion which is the part you take out and use as a sticker will be smaller and not the size you chose when ordereing. I thought that when I picked the 3.5x3.5 size it was referring to the size of the inner portion and the outer part which is the presentation part would then be fit around it with the marking or promotional words we put around the our logo sticker. The size I received is in deed 3.5x3.5 but the inner logo that will actually be used is tiny! We can now not sell these to our members and we have lots the money invested. I would have no idea what size to tell them if I want the inner logo to be the size we wanted which is 3.5x3.5. We are a very small club so the money spent is a big deal. A refund or replacement would be great if that could be done.
