This was a replacement for an order that had been made incorrectly. The issue was a simple computer glitch in the order process. It can happen to anyone with a website. How a company addresses a problem is often the best example of how they do business and treat its customers. Sticker Mule WOW'ed me and really took the opportunity to turn a problem into a very positive experience. They owned the problem, immediately offered solutions and expedited the process. I am totally thrilled with the finished product and their efforts to go 'above and beyond' to rectify the problem. WELL DONE!! We will absolutely be ordering from Sticker Mule for all our needs.
