Very let down

I normally purchase the regular stickers. And always happy. This time I tried the clear stickers. I am very let down with these. After putting them on a window, there were air bubbles everywhere. The same as putting on window tint. I reached out, and sticker mule told me to use a hairdryer. I cannot ask my customers to start using a hairdryer to put stickers on their windows. They will stop purchasing from me. I will never purchase again. They could have offered a refund. I was a loyal customer. or offered regular stickers in exchange. Very heartbroken.
