I think I have to be done ordering pins through SM..

So this order was a replacement order for the first order of 50 pins that literally had over half of the pins either damaged on the image, the pin ripped off. The sides being all chipped up. Or some other quality issue with the pin. So I expected these would be better. Nope… I should not have expected that. Out of the 30 this replacement order included, roughly 9 of them were with the EXACT SAME PROBLEMS! Check the feedback from others. Numerous people have the same complaints as me. This and t shirts they made for me last year, are the only two products I have had quality issues with, with SM. Their shirts seem to have improved. Otherwise, nearly every other product I have bought from SM has been great. But they clearly need to improve their process for these pins. Frankly, I am not impressed with the poor quality. I suggest skipping this product, until they change their process and quality control on pins. Just too many broken and damaged pins for what they charge for them. Not gonna contact them this time, I will just eat the cost of another 9 bad pins. And I will have to skip ordering pins in the future with them. 🤷‍♂️
