I recieved only half my order

I recieved only 25 of the 50 magnets. I contacted the support and had a chat back and forth explaining that only one bundle(25) was in the pack. An easy packing mistake. They said they would ship a replacement right away. That was Dec 20th. Still no tracking for replacement, or replacement.
