customer service is perfection

I received an order of 50 buttons. Every single one of them was printed crooked or even upside down so I was really sad and didn't think I'd be able to use them as intended. While my initial feelings on this were less than stellar after communicating with Sticker Mule I realized it was me......They weren't the problem. I was the problem. They did everything they could to communicate to me. And I overlooked all of it. Despite their efforts my lack of attention to detail failed me. They put a printed cardstock note in the order showing how to fix the issue and that it was to be expected during manufacturing. I of course cast it aside and paid no attention to the answer to my problem in the palm of my hand. Sticker mule rocks, their deals are amazing their products are great, their customer service is fantastic and I should have known better. If you are ever on the fence about purchasing anything from this company and reading this review is the push you need. Go for it. You won't be disappointed, and even if you are... it wont last long. They will point out your negligence and fix it.
