This design is a reorder - why is it so small?

La qualité du sticker est bonne ainsi que l’impression. Mais il y a un problème , la taille ne correspond pas à ma demande. J’avais demandé des stickers de 5 centimètres de diamètre.

My order was supposed to be translucent, and it was not.It has a white background.I did not want a background.I want my money back
