I asked if I needed to take off the template layer. I was told I didn't have to. What I was not told is that the blue and red lines from the template would print all over my bags!!!! I hate them because it doesn't look professional or clean.

I realize these aren't overly expensive, but if a quality print can't be made, so thing ought to be changed. Envelope design had large crisp simple black text. In reality it prints with a fuzzy undefined edge, with shadows, ghosting, double print look. It's really disappointing & you can't not see it.
