One issue I have had with Sticker Mule for a while is that they don't clarify their dimensions. WxH or HxW? It wasn't until I ordered these keychains and they came the wrong size and complained that I got the answer. It's WxH. Unfortunately I had to re-order the keychains and lost money. I'm starting to feel a bit discouraged with Sticker Mule as I really do love how they make their stickers. The colour and durability is great, however the qualms I have are always about how I receive my orders. They almost always show up damaged, and they've lessened the amounts of extras to the point where if two or more come damaged I'm short for my orders. As a small business this is so frustra...
