Events move through three main stages. Here's what each one means and what happens behind the scenes:
Scheduled: Your event is created and ready to go, but it hasn't started yet. You can still make edits, update details, or even cancel it if plans change. The event will show in your store (if it's public) so people can register. Guests who join will see all the event info, including time, location, and description.
Ongoing: Your event has officially started! At this stage, edits are locked, so what guests see is what they get.
Ended: The event is complete. Guests can still view the event page, but no new signups can be made. This is a great time for hosts to review attendance, engagement, or plan follow-ups!
