Great quality, but great price?

Ordered my stickers recently and have a few struggles with the process. My sticker is a multi-colored design. Once I submitted the art work I had a few conversations with the art team about the specifics of the cut and size. Never did we discuss the color. Once I received my stickers the color was dark, the features illegible. I contacted warranty and they reviewed and let me know that the colors I had chosen in my design program didn’t work with the printer the use, hence the poor quality. I guess my biggest question is how the originals with poor quality were sent out in the first place? A quick comparison of the image would of saved valuable time.
