Misleading

I received my tape today. I even paid and rushed the delivery. As excited as I was, once I open the box I was very disappointed. Just putting on the tape will have me doing more work than what I signed up for. I have to cut the tape to put it on the box and then wet it? When you’re promoting packaging tape I’m assuming that it’s like regular packaging tape, that I don’t need to wet, in order for it to stick to packaging. I would like a full refund or at least my shipping to be returned. This was very misleading.
