Constant issues/flaws

I've hesitated to write this for almost two years, giving them the benefit of the doubt every single time. Every other order (and that's being generous, maybe 2/3) are terrible quality. Red hues to white font. Lines in the labels from dirty brushes/machines, etc. Every single time I messaged them, I got an excuse about the artwork being the problem. I'm a graphic designer. The artwork is not and has never been the problem. I get snarky responses or they just straight up ignore the issue, send smilie emojis, and reprint the run. That's their model. Just keep sending them until they finally get it right. They're much to busy trying to branch off into other brands to stay quality with their work.
