A little disappointing

I have a CPG company. I ordered these window clings to give my retail partners as a marketing tool. I anticipated placing these inside the windows at the retail shops. Sadly they are not really made to cling with the logo facing outside. Customer service response is that they will cling in either direction, but this is not really accurate. I requested a replacement or refund, but was told as it is a custom order the best they can do is a $10 credit on my next order. Guess I will chalk this up to another learning experience.
