Poor Quality and Extra Screen Print (White) On Shirt

I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I opened the package. The fabric was of low quality, felt like 1000 grit sandpaper. At the top of the shirt, you can see the outline of the screen print. The box used or the method used left a white line across the top of the shirt, from the left shoulder to the right shoulder. You can see through the screen printed logo of our company. I didn't pop of the shirt, as you show in your proofs or on your website. :-(
