Stickers cut incorrectly

This is my second time ordering sticker sheets from sticker mule, but this time there was some sort of error where only the film of the stickers lifts up and not the designs themselves. I only realized this when someone purchased one from me and he couldn’t get the stickers off. Now I have to quality check all of my sheets.
