making sure order is correct

The order I placed, I placed or failed to understand what I did wrong when I reviewed the proof. My last logos were die cut and were a thinner material, and also had a clear background. These last ones are much thicker and have a white background. I need to re-order, but when I do, I will put these details in the write-up but on the proof I don't see where I can make sure the background is clear as they always show up white unless another color.
