My Art Was Deleted!!!!!

I have been ordering from this company for over five years having my original art printed on stickers. Today I received a notification that there was a deal on stickers, 50 for $19. I chose a previous design of mine that I’ve ordered before, and I processed the order. I waited seven hours for proof, and when I didn’t receive it, I went to the email I got once the order was placed. In that email I tried to go to that order to check on the status and I received an error message. In my account, I tried to look at all my previous orders, and I received the same error message. When I clicked on the artwork for my account, all of my artwork was missing. I don’t know if there’s something wrong with the system, or if this is retaliation for me being upset about the last order I placed for this sticker sheet that I’m reviewing. They eventually fixed the issue and, everything was resolved, but it’s possible that they are retaliating against me for that. I don’t really know and I haven’t heard back from anyone about my order. I have an order number, but the system doesn’t recognize it, and it’s almost as if I have been erased from the system. I can’t even look at the order that this review is attached to and the image is also missing.
