5 wide x 4.5 tall AFJ Transfer Sticker

I've used SM before with good results. This time not the case. I ordered a "transfer sticker" for my brand to put on back of my vehicle. They generously sent me an extra which is great! But neither of them worked. The vinyl separated and wouldn't release fully to the transfer side. Thus, I have no sticker on my car. Submitted for help and have yet to get a response.
