not as sharp as expected

I was a bit surprised to see that the image wasn't as sharp as it looked in the proof. In the past I was very pleased with the buttons I had ordered. Usually I am told beforehand if they feel the proof will be blurry, and they usually advise not to go for it. This one didn't seem to be an issue. :(
