Between moves, I accidentally put an incorrect address. The package was destined to be returned to sender with only a week til Christmas. I contacted them and asked about the process and if it’d be redelivered before Christmas. They immediately replied regarding a reprint and shipped next day. Package came earlier than their estimate. Product is perfect, exactly as expected.
